• The New Organic Grower, by Eliot Coleman
    Widely considered to be "the Bible" of organic growing in the Northeast.

• UVM Extension Service
    The Middlebury office is just down the road from the garden in Catamount Park. Their number is 388-4969. You can call with questions about diseases or pests in your garden, fertilization needs, or soil health.
